University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business
The 270,000 square feet that comprises The University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business opened in January 2009 with a cable infrastructure installed and certified by Center Line Technologies.
Consistently ranked in the top ten in various surveys, The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business’ 3,000 students and 300-member faculty is considered one
of the best business schools in the nation.
This facility containing 17 telecommunication closets and built upon a single mode and multimode fiber optic backbone, supports more than 4,000 category 5e cables at 2,000 voice and data locations. The building also includes 12 tiered classrooms and a 300-seat auditorium all wired for students’ data needs.
In addition, CTEC assisted Cisco Systems in the installation of a wireless network throughout the facility.
